On January 22, 2011 Miss Lauren Cantwell married the man of her dreams, Mr. Colin Gray. The wedding took place at Prince of Peach Catholic Church in Ormond Beach with a beautiful reception that followed at The Plaza Resort and Spa overlooking the ocean. The adorable couple are quite the pair! They turned their grand entrance into the ballroom in front of their guests into a paparazzi shoot. Complete with stanchions and a red carpet leading them straight to the dance floor to share their ”first dance” as husband and wife!! What a unique way to bring their personalities into the reception. Lauren is passionate about photography and capturing every moment of their life together. That was one of her biggest priorities in planning the wedding. She wanted it beautifully captured to tell the story of their day. She found just the photographer! Our very own Leah of Leah Jean Photography journal-ed the event with all of her fabulous images! The second priority of the planning for her wedding was the decor. Bling was the THING! Lauren was involved closely with every detail as she was working with our own WPVC President Rachael of Rachael Kasie Designs. The table centerpieces were accented with rich eggplant satin linens and elegant silver charger plates. Each guest was gifted a huge Diamond that was placed neatly at their place setting! Diamonds ARE a girl’s best friend you know!! Lauren and Colin had their wedding captured through videography as well, and our own Forever Moments Video. They captured every laugh and every tear… And did you see the cake?! The cake was breathtaking. The lush tailored bow on the cake was accented with rhinestone studs everywhere!! A job well done by Heavenly Cheesecake and Chocolates. Another one of our great members!! So a BIG congratulations to the happy couple! We wish you all the best.

November is truly one of the best months of the year to get married in when you live in Florida, or of course if you are a destination bride. It was an absolutely gorgeous Saturday afternoon in sunny Daytona Beach! Michael and Holly got married at the fabulous Shores Resort and Spa on November 13th in front of all their friends and family. You could almost consider Mike and Holly to be a destination couple… as they chose to leave their intimate little town of Titusville, FL that’s about 45min away to get married at what some consider “The World’s Most Famous Beach”. The memories were beautifully captured by our own Michael’s Photography and Video. While all the beautiful florals and decor was created by another of our own, Rachael Kasie Designs. Now we can’t forget the cake!! That was beautifully crafted by again another one of our members, Heavenly Cheesecake and Chocolates. Our members love being able to work with each other as much as possible. Hey, if you have a great team of wedding professionals who’ve worked together before and have a strong relationship you know that everything is going to come out perfect. Yesterday, the Wedding Professionals of Volusia County hosted their second annual “Best of the Best” Intimate Bridal Affair. It was a huge success! We thank all of the brides who attended for taking the time out of their day to spend it with us. We could not have done it without you! And we also give a very BIG thank you to Sunset Harbor Yacht Club for hosting the event. A lot of hard work went into making this show come alive, and it went off with flying colors. Amanda & Damon were an amazing couple to work with on their wedding this Fall. They are sophisticated and savvy– and had a beautiful vision for what they wanted their wedding day to include. Everything about their day was perfect– from the beautiful day to the cake to the flowers to the PARTY– it was a complete success. To pull the day off, Amanda and Damon hired the BEST of the BEST– members of the WPVC!! A very good team of vendors made the day even better. Here’s a few images to tell their story…..

Michelle Altimari and Andrew Herrick joined their lives together on the lovely sands of Ormond Beach. Michael’s Photography & Video was honored to provide both the photography & video production for the event. It was a quaint gathering of family and friends, and the weather was perfect! After the ceremony and portraits, the wedding party party met up with everyone for a fun reception of delicious food and dancing.

“Two heads are better than one”, I’m sure everyone has heard that statement at least once in their lifetime. Well that’s what we believe as a group of elite wedding professionals. Each member loves and welcomes the opportunity to work together on different events. So when you have businesses who know and understand how a fellow business works and creates with their craft, the flow and overall operation runs smoother for each client. So a word of advice out there to all of the newly engaged brides, choose your vendors wisely.
Now bride Angela Conchola and groom Chris Sivak did just that! The adorable couple got married on October 2, 2010 at the stunning Shores Resort and Spa. They were blessed to work one on one with our WPVC President Josh Williams. Everything was absolutely beautiful and went off without a hitch thanks to Josh’s attentiveness to detail. The intimate wedding of about 30 guests was captured on video and photo by none other than our very own Michael’s Photography and Video. While the beautiful flowers and decor was provided by Rachael Kasie Designs. And how could you forget the sweetness of a huge fountain overflowing with chocolate and a spread of delicious desserts made by Heavenly Cheesecakes?!
So ”cheers” to our destination couple from up north, Angela and Chris! We wish you all the best in your new adventure in life and thank you for allowing us to share in your memories.

The wedding was held at St. Mary’s in Daytona Beach, with Music by Melody and her trio playing beautiful music as the gorgeous bride entered the church…. She was a vision of loveliness as anyone could see (especially shown in the groom’s eyes)… The exchange of vows, the exchange of rings, all symbolizing the start of their amazing adventure together as husband and wife.
Then on to the reception held at the wonderful Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach. The room so beautifully decorated with gorgeous linens and spectacular floral centerpieces by Details Flowers and Photography. The artful and beautiful cake by Heavenly Cheesecake, the DJ ready to party was Bob from Big Daddy’s, Matt Radinski, amazing photographer from Verve Studio, Bob Gonzalez from Special Moments videography and Marcy, the Wedding Planner from With This Ring, Inc… all ready to make this reception fabulous…. and that’s just what it was. From the guests’ expressions, to the excitement in the room, this was an event that no one would soon forget!
